Ace Auctioneers & Liquidators, Inc. has rented the “banquet room” in the rear of the former Key Bank building next to the Warner Theater to hold an QUALITY estate auction of exceptional clean goods. Item to be sold are:
COLLECTABLES: 50 pieces of Lenox china and collectables, 50 pieces of Jim Shaw, Precious Moments, huge collection of Pfaltzgraff china and serving pieces, Dept. 56, Spode, many Vera Bradly purses, fun jewelry.
FURNITURE: Beautiful oak bedrooms set, several flat screen TV’s, kitchen set, kitchen cupboard, clean couch, side chairs, end tables coffee table desk, tall curio cabinet, several lamps, book shelves, Tiffany style lamp,

NOTE: Please use the side door off East 8th street for the auction. Please bring boxes, etc. No meter fees are collected on Saturday despite what the meter says. Parking available in the ramp. THIS IS AN “IN PERSON” AUCTION ONLY! Please pay by cash or good check. 10% buyers’ premium added to all sales.

At the end of the estate auction, we will go through the bank and sell off all the remaining furniture, desks, partitions, cabinets, files, office supplies, framed art, and the like.
